Cambridge, UK, 12 October 2023 – Directed Systems Ltd announced today that Charles Davis has been appointed as Non-executive Director.

Charles Davis said, “I’m delighted to have accepted a role as non-executive director supporting the team at Directed Systems Limited.
The DS team has developed, patented, and implemented an FDA-cleared technology platform that assists anaesthesia professionals in controlling patients’ vital signs during high-risk surgical operations. The platform consists of cloud-based data, analytics, with point of care medical software with the aim of reducing complications, costs and deaths.
Currently focussed on the US market where per annum there are >150k deaths and 2m+ complications from 13.5m surgical operations that costs >$57b, and that excludes the follow-on costs in post-operative intensive care!
Simply put, the team at Directed Systems are focussed on saving patient lives and improving their outcomes, raising clinician well-being and enhancing patient experience whilst lowering costs for patients, hospitals and insurers.
